بكوبونات مهرجان الكويت للتسوق

 

  1. أهلية الحصول على الكوبونات:

    • يحصل العملاء على كوبون واحد لكل 10 د.ك يتم إنفاقها في عملية شراء واحدة أو مضاعفاتها (مثال: 20 د.ك = 2 كوبونات، 30 د.ك = 3 كوبونات).
    • يمكن للشركات المشاركة إصدار كوبونات للمشتريات التي تقل عن 10 د.ك وفقًا لتقديرها الخاص، مع إخطار المهرجان.

  2. الإيصالات والاسترجاع:

    • لا يمكن استرجاع أو استبدال السلع المباعة إلا إذا تم تقديم الإيصال الأصلي وجميع الكوبونات الصادرة مع عملية الشراء.
    • في حالة استرداد المبلغ، تُعتبر الكوبونات الصادرة مع عملية الشراء لاغية.

  3. دمج الإيصالات:

    • يمكن للعملاء دمج عدة إيصالات من نفس المتجر للوصول إلى الحد الأدنى المؤهل للحصول على كوبونات ( 10 د.ك).

  4. المشاركة في السحوبات:

    • كل كوبون صالح للمشاركة في سحب واحد فقط ولا يمكن استخدامه في سحوبات أخرى.
    • يجب ملء الكوبونات بالمعلومات الصحيحة ووضعها في صناديق السحب المخصصة قبل الموعد النهائي للسحب.

  5. الإيصال شرط لاستلام الجوائز:

    • يجب على الفائز تقديم الجزء الخاص بالعميل من الكوبون الفائز وأصل الفاتوره لإستلام الجائزه ، عدم تقديم أيا منها سيؤدى إستبعاد الفائز.

  6. صلاحية الكوبونات:

    • الكوبونات صالحة فقط خلال فترة مهرجان الكويت للتسوق من 21 يناير . 2025 إلى 31 مارس 2025
    • تعتبر الكوبونات التالفة أو المعدلة أو المزورة غير صالحة.

  7. الاستثناءات:

    • المشتريات التي تمت باستخدام بطاقات الهدايا أو أرصدة المتجر أو القسائم الترويجية لا يستحق عنها كوبونات.

  8. النشاطات غير القانونية:

    • أي محاولة احتيالية للحصول على كوبونات أو بصوره غير قانونيه أو تزويرها ستؤدي إلى استبعاد المشارك من السحب مع اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة.

  9. إرشادات عامة:

    • المشاركة في سحوبات مهرجان الكويت للتسوق تعني الموافقة على هذه الشروط والأحكام.
    • إدارة حماية المستهلك بوزارة التجارة والصناعة بدولة الكويت هي المختصة بشأن أهلية الكوبونات ونتائج السحوبات وتعتبر نهائية.

  10. تعديلات المهرجان:

    • تحتفظ إدارة المهرجان بالحق في تعديل أو تغيير هذه الشروط والأحكام دون إشعار مسبق.

ي حال وقوع ظروف غير متوقعة، يحق للمنظمين إلغاء أو تأجيل السحوبات أو تعديل جدول المهرجان.

    • على الجميع الإلتزام بالشروط والتعليمات المنظمة للقانون رقم 39\2014 واللائحة التنفيذية رقم 2015/27 والقرار المعدل رقم 2015/361

Terms  and Conditions for Kuwait Shopping Festival Coupons

  1. Coupon Eligibility:
    • Customers will receive 1 coupon for every 10 KWD spent in a single purchase or its multiples (e.g., 20 KWD = 2 coupons, 30 KWD = 3 coupons).
    • Participating companies may issue coupons for under 10 KWD at their own discretion, with notice to the festival.
  2. Receipts and Refunds:
    • No refunds or exchanges of sold items will be processed unless accompanied by the original receipt and all coupons issued during the sale.
    • Refunds void the coupons issued with the original purchase.
  3. Receipt Combination:
    • Customers may combine multiple receipts from the same store to meet the 10 KWD threshold for coupon eligibility.
  4. Draw Participation:
    • Each coupon is valid for participation in one draw only and cannot be reused for future draws.
    • Coupons must be completed with accurate information and placed in the designated collection boxes before the cut-off time for the respective draw.
  5. Receipt Requirement for Winners:
    • The winner must present the customer’s portion of the winning coupon and the original receipt to claim the prize. Failure to provide will result in being disqualified.
  6. Coupon Validity:
    • Coupons are valid only during the Kuwait Shopping Festival period from January 21, 2025, to March 31, 2025.
    • Coupons that are damaged, altered, or tampered with will be deemed invalid.
  7. Exclusions:
    • Purchases made using gift cards, store credits, or promotional vouchers are not eligible for coupons.
  8. Fraudulent Activity:
    • Any fraudulent attempt to obtain coupons, acquire them illegally, or forge them will result in the participant being disqualified from the draw, along with necessary legal actions being taken.
  9. General Guidelines:
    • Participation in the Kuwait Shopping Festival draws constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
    • The Consumer Protection Department of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry in Kuwait is the authority responsible for the validity of coupons and the draw results, which are considered final.
  10. Festival Modifications:
    • The festival management reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
    • In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the organizers have the right to cancel or postpone the draws or modify the festival schedule.
    • All participants must comply with the regulations and instructions of Law No. 39/2014, Executive Regulations No. 27/2015, and the Amended Decision No. 361/2015.
